I am so blown away by such lovely comments from everyone to me via every form of social media, that as I end this surreal and sad week I wanted to just write and say thank you but also pay tribute to my Father. My darling father died this week with myself, my sister and my mother beside him. This huge force in all three of our lives suddenly slipped away. Whilst it was unbearable to watch him deteriorate, at the same time we didn’t want him to suffer any more. I have been so blown away by the kindness of friends, and we have spent so much time searching through pictures, and relishing in happy memories. When someone is so ill you sort...

I Love Exercise!!

Apr30I am not a natural lover of exercise nor do I seem to get the endorphin rush where I surge energy post a gym session. More than often I could curl up and head for the duvet BUT, body maintenance is what it’s all about and I am determined. I do feel virtuous when I have put my trainer...

Apr19Structure and simplicity are two key words for summer fashion. Flamboyant prints give way to a new bold purity in pattern. No, not Pilotto nor Mary Kratazanou or the Aztec and florals – this time we are talking bold graphic checks that were everywhere on the spring/summer 13...

Ski Wear

Apr02I never do anything by halves… other than perhaps skiing! Finally, I have relented and we are off skiing for a week at Easter. I say ‘we’ but I am not actually hitting the slopes. I am doing more of a walk around town, hot chocolate, and perhaps a stroll by the river hopefully where it’s not too slippy and snowy…
